Duties:
Replying to enquiries received from our clients online buyers.
Requirements
Previous experience in online customer support, preferably for an auto parts reseller
Live Chat experience desirable
Fluent in written English
Common sense approach to work
Experience working with databases and product catalogues
Online customer support experience required
Auto parts exposure highly desired
Must have excellent Excel knowledge
Excellent working PC/Laptop
Reliable wired internet connection (speed should be at least 5Mbps for download and 3Mbps for upload)
