We are looking for an Online Account Associate to manage customer queries and complaints. You will escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge in Customer Service.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Knowledge in online platforms.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Requirements and Skills:
College/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or similar field.
Proven work experience as an Online Customer Relations or related role.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Can work under pressure and minimal supervision.
Highly sociable and maintain good camaraderie
Professional and can handle Stress
Willing to work at Pasay City
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
