The role recommends and implements programs to enhance the customer experience of Key Accounts, Fleet and TNVS, pre- to post-station visits. It also requires constant coordination with functional and inter-department peers to ensure timely and effective implementation of programs.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Assists in the analysis of customer research and competitive data to develop strategies and action plans to improve customer experience for Key Accounts, Fleet and TNVS
2. Prepares reports to measure the effectiveness of customer experience programs through agreed methodologies and metrics.
3. Coordinates with functional teams within CCM and other departments to ensure timely and effective implementation of programs.
4. Implements cost-effective customer experience solutions, leveraging on technologies.
Job Qualifications:
College graduate, preferably Management, Market Research or Psychology
At least 1 year experience in marketing, project management or brand management
Project management and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in different productivity tools such as GSuite, etc. Ability to multi-task and cater to multiple platforms.
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
