This is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking to move into the emerging technology and startup industry in Philippines. We are currently looking for someone to join us on a 6-month basis (maternity cover contract) from May to Sep 2022.
Responsibilities
Ensure an exceptional employee experience at ShopBack PH
Manage all onboarding and administration processes, preparing items for new employees (e.g. laptop, name cards, swags, etc) and conducting orientation tours
Ensure that laptops are prepared and delivered to new employees, even at short notice.
Liaise with the insurance broker on enrolment and re-registration employees, resigned and insurance claims.
Assist with submission of statutory reports and claims.
Work closely with local and regional stakeholders to develop and streamline HR operations.
Organise activities to drive engagement and culture, working around the challenges which may be posed by temporary remote-work arrangements.
Manage company facilities and serve as the local point of contact in building management, maintenance, and repairs.
Procure office consumables and supplies, upkeep requirements and inventory.
Manage company assets and inventory lists.
Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Degree in any discipline or Diploma with extensive working experience.
At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in MS-Office and G-Suite applications, as well as digital communication applications (eg. Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom, Google Hangouts, etc).
Basic familiarity with IT hardware (eg. reformatting, troubleshooting laptop problems) would be a plus.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive personal data professionally.
Good team player and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous, strong analytical thinking, organising and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and strong "can-do" attitude.
Comfortable with fast-paced environments and not afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done.
