Process orders accurately and efficiently using the client tool (BrightTree).
Organize and manage medical documents in PDF format.
Upload PDF documents to the client tool as required.
Maintain and manage documents via the client's SharePoint system.
Perform additional tasks related to order processing and PDF document management as needed.
Send and receive reports via email, ensuring all communication is timely and accurate.
Requirements
At least 6 months Back-Office work experience
US Healthcare BPO experience is an advantage
Must be keen to details
Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PDFs
Good verbal and written English skills
Willing to work onsite in Makati
Amenable working night shift
