Design and develop no-code automation solutions using platforms like Dify, Airtable, Zapier, and others.
Identify processes across the organization that can be improved through automation and propose actionable solutions.
Integrate AI tools and technologies into no-code workflows to enhance functionality and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define user stories, and translate them into robust automation solutions.
Provide training and support to team members on using automation tools effectively.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize automation performance and user experience.
Stay updated on emerging trends in no-code development and AI technologies.
RequirementsSkills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in automation, no-code development, or AI solutions.
Proficiency with no-code platforms (Dify, Zapier, Airtable, or equivalent).
Understanding of AI concepts and hands-on experience with AI tools or platforms.
Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in project management or working within an Agile framework is a plus.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Benefits
