WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
As a Network and Communication Center (NCC) Billing Manager, you will be leading and managing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) related process managed by the corporate IT NCC team to JTI worldwide.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
You will lead the NCC Billing team (3 to 4 people, including contractors) and be accountable for its performance
You will own the responsibility of the P2P and O2C processes by ensuring compliance and commendable accuracy of the billing of services managed by the IT NCC team (WAN, LAN, fixed telephony, internet gateways, etc.), working with various internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural team
You will be at the frontline of ensuring the orders are accurately reflected in O2C tools and in the commercial inventory. You will also be in the position of ensuring orders are raised according to the service catalog structure agreed with JTI external service provider
You will be the champion of the team during the periodical O2C report development review with the outsourcing partner.
You will own and manage the processes within the Billing Contractual Service Level Agreement (CSLA)-including the review and ensuring the accuracy.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
A college graduate with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other relevant fields.
Experienced in working with IT service providers (in networks and telephony domains) in the ordering and billing area within a global environment for at least 5 years.
A commendable leader and a good communicator with fluency in English.
Well-versed in MS Office applications and SAP
