Job Summary
This is a work from home position. Night shift hours.
The Mystery Shopping Team aims to upscale our research services for our client providers. We offer the benefit of an honest review based on our actual experience as potential clients. We engage our providers in meaningful conversations that allow us to understand how they leave that lasting first impression with their customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Make up to 100+ outbound and inbound calls per day.
Understand the project procedures and processes on how we engage and provide value to clients.
Familiar with simple customer data research.
Engage clients in phone conversations as their potential customers. They should be able to hold phone conversations that sound casual yet professional.
Assess conversations and calibrate on scoring each conversation.
Complete a client survey form with accuracy.
Document conversations with precision and with sufficient clarity.
Send feedback to clients through masterfully crafted emails.
Keep up with numerous changes in the workplace including but not limited to processes, goals, and requirements, and still meet project expectations
Highly motivated and process oriented and driven to meet deadlines and goals
Proven track record of initiative-building and implementation
Keep track of personal productivity and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Maintain personal equipments in a tiptop shape to ensure maximum productivity and deliver through goals
Requirements:
Has proficiency in advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Has at least 1 year outbound calling experience, preferably in a work from home environment
Has keen attention to detail and has familiarity with the use of several remote work tools.
Has the proven ability to multitask and think outside the box.
Has system requirements as mandated by the project .
Internal Processor Memory of at least 8GB
Connectivity Speed of at least 20 Mbps both Download and Upload.
