FIELD SALES AGENT
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly driven Field Sales Agent to join our growing team. Your main responsibility will be to promote and sell our products and services to a diverse range of consumers and clients. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand both customer needs and the technical aspects of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships; handle inquiries, orders, and customer concerns effectively.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
Learn and understand the technical specifications of products and services to effectively present features and benefits to clients.
Match customer needs with the appropriate technical solutions, demonstrating product value.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
A graduate of any 4-year course.
With experience as a Sales Representative, particularly in handling technical products, client orders, inquiries, and complaints (an advantage).
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Confident and results-oriented, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Honest, hardworking, and highly organized.
Tech-savvy and trainable; quick to adapt to new tools and systems.
Solid understanding of sales processes and tools.
Able to work under pressure with keen attention to detail.
Must be willing to do field work.
With driver's license.
