COMMISSION BASED SALARY BASED ON PERFORMANCE
DUTIES:
Actively look for new customers and sales opportunities
Promote and sell company products/services to existing and potential clients
Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure customer loyalty
Explain product features, prices, and terms clearly to customers
Ensure customers do not transfer to competitors by providing good service
Relay customer feedback, complaints, or market information to management promptly
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Represent the company in a professional, honest, and respectful manner
Qualifications
Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
Good communication and negotiation skills
Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality
Honest, reliable, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Willing to do fieldwork and customer visits if required
