The Marketing Data Specialist supports the success of the Marketing team by creating marketing reports measuring the results of the major marketing programs and campaigns, supports the development process of the tool and infrastructure landscape, supports and consults the marketing team regarding reports and the lead management process.
This role will involve working with a mix of internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries and departments.

Key Accountabilities
Reporting
Creation of the monthly standardized reports for the marketing management
Presentation and explanation of the created reports
Data & Tools
Consultancy in regards to data and data strategy related topics for all marketing colleagues
Assistance in the progression of the Fujitsu tools and infrastructure
Lead Management & Training
Support and consultancy regarding the lead management process
Training of colleagues and new marketing employees
Desired Experience & Knowledge
Educated to a degree level or equivalent
Excellent / fluent verbal & written English
Experience of programme / project management
Knowledge of Salesforce.com use or administration
Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Access
Strong aptitude for attention to detail / operational processes
Effective time-management skills when under pressure and dealing with a multitude of varying stakeholders
Holds a strong interest in customer experience and understand marketing business strategy
Strong knowledge and understanding of relational databases
SQL knowledge desirable
