Mid-Senior Test Manager, Delivery Operations (remote)
We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious and self-driven Senior Test Manager to take ownership of the success of multiple projects. The role involves quality & test advocacy, resource planning & management, and resolution of issues that impede the testing effort.

Requirements
What you'll own:
Setting up tests based on testing requests
Defining the scope of testing based on customer requirements
Creating and updating test documentation
Analysing and managing resource allocation for testing requests
Moderation of ongoing testing requests
Controlling the testing process
Moderation of results to be in line with our quality standards and customer requirements
Delivering results to customers
Ensuring results are delivered to the customer within agreed timescales
Ensuring visibility and traceability of the testing process to deliver high-quality testing results
Communicating status and updates for your projects internally (within the team and other departments) and externally (with testers and customers)

4 years experience as a Lead Tester, Project Manager or other relevant experience in QA
Advanced English Skills
In-depth knowledge of all aspects of software testing - testing techniques used to plan and execute tests - functional and non-functional.
Strong knowledge and understanding of aspects of SDLC practices
Organisation and planning - You understand how to plan and schedule a project to make sure it gets delivered.
You learn quickly and demonstrate the ability to quickly and proficiently understand, absorb and apply new information.
Analytical skills - You can structure and process data to draw insightful conclusions.
