Background:
We are looking for a Professional Medical or Pharmaceutical Sales Representative who'd like to join our coolest fam. We need someone who has great communication skills and is able to self-manage. The Professional Medical Sales Representative is responsible for the achievement of sales objectives and execution of medical promotional programs. The role also includes sales and brand strategy executions that will help in development and management for potential market opportunities and analyze competitor marketing activities.The role must be able to build instant rapport with potential customers by applying his expertise in the field of medicine related products.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing professional information and promotion on medicines as well as dispensing / selling of drugs in accordance with the government regulatory agencies.
Execute the sales and operations plan in alignment with the brand strategy and within agreed performance standards.
Forecast and propose sales plans based on clearly defined assumptions using available sales and market information.
Take responsibility for improvement and development to anticipate future business needs.
Efficiently operate and execute improvement initiatives based on agreed productivity standards.
Collect data on acute / non- acute markets, and other indicators of demand.
Provide feedback on trends and present any recommendations for improvements.
Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by performing necessary strategic needs
Promote and represent the corporate culture and core values in all aspects of job duties
Engages inpatient counseling and queries on medicine-related matters.
Technical Qualifications and Skills Required:
M.D. or PhD degree in biology, biomedical sciences, immunology, protein chemistry or related medical discipline required.
Preferably with at least four years of experience in the medical drugs and device industry.
Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology obtained through formal training or previous experiences
Knowledge of applied science (assay and antibody development, clinical trial and research, diagnostics, etc.) preferred.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must be resourceful in medical product marketing and relationship building, whether face-to-face or virtual.
Relevant experience in Medical or Pharmaceutical Sales marketing is an advantage.
Amiable, good communicator with high level interpersonal skills
Strong Sales Research background and skills is a plus
