Responsibilities:
Processing medical claims and invoices
Verifying patients' insurance coverage and eligibility
Reviewing and resolving billing discrepancies
Following up on unpaid or denied claims
Entering and updating patient information in the billing system
Communicating with insurance companies and healthcare providers
Responding to billing inquiries from patients
Ensuring compliance with relevant billing and coding regulations
Maintaining accurate and organized billing records
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
Medical billing certification (optional)
Minimum of two years of experience in medical billing, specifically working with US clients.
