You'll need to be a curious self-starter, but also collaborative when tasked with solving larger creative challenges and managing the team. We'll expect you to be intrigued by growing trends in the e-sport and sports betting industry and finding inventive ways to tell stories that resonate with the world. Job Description: .Experience with paid media channels, specifically the negotiation and buying process across all aspects of media planning and buying, preferably cross-channel (both traditional and digital media) .Manage media buying campaigns and media schedules .Plan and manage media campaigns to ensure goals are being met .Able to direct flawless execution with incredible attention to detail .Excellent research skills to maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in paid media .Develop Russian language (CIS region countries) paid ads channels .Manage a team of three media buyers Job Requirements: .English language proficiency .Knowledge of sports and sports betting is definitely a plus .Experience in ads networks such as Criteo, Taboola, Google Ads, Yandex Direct, etc. .Amenable to Remote Work .Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Advertising/Media, Marketing or equivalent. .At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. .Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Digital Marketing or equivalent With Online Casino/Gambling/Betting experience is advantage.
