Your Role:
SolarWinds is looking for a Marketing Media Specialist to join the International Marketing Team & support the team's plan and execution for their key deliverables & initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join our EMEA regional marketing team and work cross-functionally to execute on broad based marketing activities.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with strong project management, organization, analytical and communication skills who can take high-level direction from internal stakeholders to complete projects successfully within cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Your Impact:
Support with the set-up, optimization, and growth of our Non-Paid Media channels
Work closely with our Marketing Automation team on key regional business initiatives and optimizations
Support the planning, creation, and development of multi-channel campaigns
Provide timely updates and clear communication to internal stakeholders on the progress of key initiatives
Analyse and continually monitor and measure all owned activities, propose and implement improvements where needed
Report on marketing performance and identify trends and insights
Collaborate with key suppliers, internal stakeholders and agencies to achieve targets
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment
Support the Marketing Manager to fulfil both near term and long-term goals regionally, drawing insights and pivoting to implement changes and improvements
Work across internal teams to support cross-functional alignment and initiatives
Perform operational support duties as assigned to ensure the success of the Marketing and Sales teams, and the entire organization
Qualifications
Your Experience:
Bachelor's degree
3-5years of digital marketing experience
Experience managing webcasts or virtual events; knowledge of WebEx a plus
Expert in Marketing Automation Platforms; knowledge of Marketo or Marketo accreditation a plus
Must be a self-starter, able to self-manage as projects are assigned
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player who is eager to jump in and learn
Must have Microsoft Office skills; project management tool familiarity (Asana, Jira, Slack, etc.) is a plus
