We are looking for young talents to join our Digital Marketing team.
A Marketing Specialist conducts research to assess consumer preferences in order to help organizations make better-informed decisions about product introductions, modifications, and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize existing campaigns
Monitor and analyze A/B & multivariate tests, driving actionable insights from the data gathered
Plan, develop and execute paid advertising & e-mail marketing campaigns
Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data
Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends
Perform extensive market research and gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions
Identify new market opportunities
Test and improve websites' user experience
Prepare reports and present findings to clients and management
Willing to learn
Flexible and adaptable
Strong math and analytical skills
Good communication skills
Independent
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Can work well with all levels of management, internal staff, clients, and vendors
A graduate of Marketing Management, Business/Management, Mathematics, Statistics or any related course
Minimum 2 years job experience preferred
