We are looking for a Marketing Specialist, who is passionate in building successful brands, to join us in creating and optimizing campaigns geared towards advancing Stratpoint into becoming the leading enabler of business agility through digital transformation.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will work on elevating our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various channels.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end digital projects.
Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness.
Maintain a strong online company voice through social media using campaigns.
Support the Sales and Marketing Team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including search optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and events management.
Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
Plan, develop, and execute digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
Interface with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail, and business product marketing teams.
Present recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
Research potential vendors for marketing collaterals, negotiating for contract terms and pricing, and reviewing the quality of purchased products.
Perform accurate tracking / inventory of marketing collateral.
Undertake competitor research and analyses.
Establish goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
Closely track marketing strategy results and create detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or any related field.
Knowledgeable / good understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
Experience in managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
Experience in analytics software.
Experience in digital and traditional marketing within Information Technology and Services is an advantage.
Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
Strong management and negotiation skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
Willing to work in Mandaluyong.
