JOB DESCRIPTION
Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote a company's products or services.
Conducting market research to identify consumer needs and trends and staying up-to-date on industry developments.
Managing a team of marketing professionals, including research, product presentation and marketing evaluation. 
Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment on business goals and objectives.
Developing and managing the marketing budget, including allocating resources to specific campaigns and initiatives.
Analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Planning and executing digital marketing activities, such as social media, email, and website content.
Overseeing the design and production of marketing materials, such as print and digital ads, brochures, and flyers.
Managing relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies and freelance designers, to ensure high-quality work and cost-effective solutions.
Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues.
Perform other duties as instructed. 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor degree on Marketing Management or any related course
With 1 years experience in Marketing or in sales.
With good communication skills.
With pleasing personality.
