Seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented CRM Marketing Manager to design and implement targeted campaigns that enhance customer engagement, foster loyalty, and drive sustainable business growth. This role will lead the development and execution of our CRM strategy - from audience segmentation to personalized communications - ensuring that every customer interaction is relevant, timely, and aligned with our organizational objectives.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, social media, in-app messaging, and web personalization.
Oversee customer segmentation and deliver tailored communications to maximize engagement and conversion.
Design and manage loyalty programs, customer retention initiatives, and reactivation campaigns.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, applying insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a CRM-focused role.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data segmentation, marketing automation, and campaign performance analysis.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
