MARKETING HEAD
 
Job Description:
 
The Marketing Head is mainly responsible in creating marketing strategies, efforts and activities that will strengthen the awareness, visibility, equity and maintain the overall positive reputation of each brand under Creative Cuisine Group (CCG), and CCG in its entirety, with the overall goal of sustainable sales growth and profitability.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other related courses
Proven work experience for 3-4 years in Marketing
With vibrant and pleasing personality
Excellent communication skill in both verbal and written
Strong leadership skills and with in-depth knowledge in digital marketing and platforms associated with it
Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns
Must have a solid knowledge and understanding of market research techniques and social media and web analytics
Possess strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
Must have good working attitude and ethics
Strong project management skills to plan and execute Marketing Campaigns within the set timelines and budget.
Must be proficient in MS applications and Marketing software tools
Must be willing to travel
Ability to work under pressure and must be strategic.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As Department Head
Ensure the cohesiveness of all marketing efforts made by all marketing associates and graphic artist; that results will be timely and in high quality.
Collaborate with Operations Head for local store marketing strategies and activities that will contribute to sales growth and strong brand equity and awareness.
Initiate and follow through on marketing projects, programs, activities and the like that will result in achieving the position's overall goal.
In collaboration with the Marketing Associate for Sales and Marketing:
Conceptualize campaigns, promotions, offers and other efforts to gather new business prospects and maintain the existing ones.
Identify fresh business leads, food and market trends that could assist in sales growth and better brand visibility and equity.
Build strong and lasting relationships with current and new partners (suppliers, contractors, sponsors, bloggers, etc).
Negotiate deals with organizations, groups and other individual/business entities that will aid in sales growth with minimal cost implications.
Grasp brand identities to be able to initiate efforts and present ideas on maintaining the brands relevance to their respective target markets.
Coordinate with new and current partners for possible partnerships/tie-ups (malls, delivery partners, etc).
Managing and coordinating feedback to operations posted in all possible platforms (print, e-mail, social media, delivery partners, etc)
Keep track of monthly spending and budget. (In coordination with marketing associates, graphic artist and accounting department)
Measure and monitor performance of marketing efforts through data gathering and analysis.
Develop and oversee campaigns and efforts to promote the brands.
Stay updated with latest food trends and market trends
Be well-versed with current customer and market behaviors
Present ideas to encourage brands' relevance to the market.
Initiate/assist with developing event promotions
Employ proper marketing strategy based on goals and budgets given
Create and present a calendar of marketing activities for all brands in coordination with Marketing Associates and Operations Head.
