About the role
The Marketing Officer plays a pivotal role in driving the company's digital marketing and search engine optimization strategies for the real estate development project. He/she is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to promote the company's property portfolio and enhance its online presence.
What you'll be doing
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization, social media marketing, and email campaigns
Manage and optimize the company's website, ensuring it provides an engaging and user-friendly experience for potential customers
Analyze website and campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
Collaborate with the sales and design teams to create compelling content and marketing materials
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and search engine optimization
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives
What we're looking for
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in search engine optimization and social media marketing
Proficient in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and analyze website and campaign performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing market conditions
Knowledge of property marketing or real estate industry is preferred, but not essential
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
