The VIBO Group is currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to start ASAP!
 
Overview
 
The Marketing Assistant supports the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives, ensuring the brand's visibility and engagement with its target audience. This dynamic role involves a blend of creativity, organization, and collaboration, focusing on content creation, social media management, event coordination, and administrative tasks.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Social Media Management
Create and schedule posts across various social media platforms (Facebook. Instagram LinkedIn) to engage with the target audience.
Monitor social media accounts and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages.
Track social media performance and help develop strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Content Creation and Layout Design
Design visually appealing graphics and posts using tools like Canva for social media or promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design layouts for online and offline advertisements and posters.
Photoshoot Assistance
Assist in planning and organizing photoshoots for promotional campaigns, products, or events.
Edit and retouch photos as needed to align with the brand aesthetics.
Brand Coordination
Assist in planning and organizing photoshoots for promotional campaigns, products, or events.
Ensure that all marketing materials align with the brand guidelines and objectives.
Event Support
Assist in creating and managing brand collaborations, including communications and content sharing.
Help with the preparation and distribution of event materials, including posters, and signages.
MOA (Memorandum of Agreement) Assistance:
Help review, or manage MOAs with partners, sponsors, or vendors for collaborations, partnerships, or events.
Ensure all necessary details, terms, and agreements are properly outlined and documented.
Poster and Promotional Material Layout
Design and assist with the creation of posters and other promotional materials for events or campaign
Ensure all marketing materials are visually consistent and aligned with the company's brand image.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to coordinate with various teams and external brands or vendors.
Basic photography skills for photoshoots.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
