Overview of the RoleThe Marketing & Digital Communications Associate will support the client by managing campaigns, digital content, and brand execution.This role combines creativity with coordination, focusing on design (Canva/Adobe), digital marketing (LinkedIn, YouTube, Pardot), and storytelling.Main duties include:
Assist in planning, producing, and publishing digital content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Salesforce MCAE (Pardot), and other platforms.
Draft and edit short-form copy for posts, eDMs, video descriptions, and web content.
Build and schedule email campaigns in Pardot, including testing and tracking engagement metrics.
Maintain consistent visual and brand standards across all channels.
Create visually engaging marketing materials (event invitations, infographics, presentations, social posts) using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Coordinate project timelines, stakeholder approvals, and content delivery schedules.
Support the execution of client and staff events, including invitations, guest lists, on-the-day logistics, and post-event communications.
Track key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, engagement rates, video views, etc.) across platforms.
Support broader brand, PR, and communications initiatives as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline (preferred).
2-4 years' experience in marketing, digital content, or design-focused roles.
Proficient in Canva (essential).
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot, or similar marketing automation platforms (advantageous).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and YouTube and digital analytics.
Excellent written and visual communication skills; capable of drafting clear, on-brand copy.
High attention to detail, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Proactive and resourceful - able to anticipate needs, take initiative, and problem-solve.
A strong design eye and appreciation for brand aesthetics.
Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn new digital tools and creative approaches.
