As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to promote our products or services and enhance the company's brand image. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign deadlines are met.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
Create and edit marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, blog content, and promotional materials.
Ensure content is aligned with the brand's voice, style, and messaging.
Manage and update the company's social media profiles, including posting content, responding to comments, and tracking engagement metrics.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for social media marketing.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and conferences.
Coordinate logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials for events.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Prepare reports and summaries based on research findings.
Create and schedule email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and prospects.
Monitor email performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
Work closely with the marketing team, design, sales, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a coordination role.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and innovative.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Intel Core i5 or above & Microsoft Office), and at least 10 Mbps internet speed.
Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.
