About the Job
 
As Senior Marketing Coordinator at BlueRise Holding Ent. Corp., you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This position involves overseeing a team of marketing coordinators, leading product promotions, and organizing Product Knowledge Seminars (PKS) for agents and brokers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Additionally, you will manage the marketing budget and evaluate campaign performance to optimize results. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven individual with strong leadership and communication skills.
 
This position currently reports to the VP of Marketing.
 
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or Communications, or any related field.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing, coordination, or sales role.
Strong and exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Familiarity with content marketing, social media management, and traditional and digital strategies.
Ability to liaise with people across the corporation.
Able to present ideas and views clearly and confidently.
Can start ASAP.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary communicator with internal and external clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with brokerage firms and partners.
Manage marketing events, including showcasing products and services and conducting Product Knowledge Seminars (PKS) to educate agents and brokers.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to marketing teams, collaborating closely with sales and product development.
Lead the assessment of training needs and the development of
educational content.
Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns while monitoring their effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
Assist in managing the marketing budget and prepare reports to track campaign effectiveness.
