Key Responsibility
Manage all internal and external marketing and communications on behalf of the client. This includes the ongoing development, and maintenance of business content collateral and digital content.
Drive the corporate brand identity and convey the company message through strategic communications both internally and externally, working with external partners to achieve key strategic outcomes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing communications activities including the governance of key messages, and contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies.
Ensure effective internal dissemination of company news, announcements, marketing event calendars and other communications.
Monitor corporate website and social media pages, addressing clients' queries and maintaining where necessary.
Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company's presence and network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness.
Contribute to the execution of marketing and promoting of services during events and presentations, providing merchandise and marketing support where necessary.
Be in-the-know with weekly campaigns and own the social media calendar by innovatively scheduling relevant and impactful content moments across all social media accounts. Think outside the square and showcase all areas of the clients services and offerings.
Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics and experience with marketing campaigns in social media

Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business administration essential.
3-5 years' experience in marketing essential, particularly within the B2B environment desirable.
Experience in graphic designing and social media management is A MUST.
Web designing experience will be a plus.
Experience in professional services highly desirable.
Solid knowledge of marketing techniques, principles, statistical and data analysis methods
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, adobe)
Be in-the-know with weekly campaigns and own the social media calendar by innovatively scheduling relevant and impactful content moments across all social media accounts. Think outside the square and showcase all areas of the client's services and offerings.
Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics and experience with marketing campaigns in social media
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
