We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist (Contract, Remote) to support our APAC marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Marketo and Salesforce, with a strong background in building and optimizing lifecycle processes, lead management, and campaign execution. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless automation, efficient pipeline conversion, and scalable marketing operations.RequirementsRESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and optimize Marketo and Salesforce workflows to support campaign execution and reporting.
Build, monitor, and improve lead lifecycle processes, including MQL-SQL pipeline conversion.
Collaborate with regional marketing teams across APAC to align automation processes with business goals.
Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and lead funnel metrics.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across marketing systems.
Support integration between marketing automation tools, CRM, and other platforms as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience with Marketo and Salesforce in a marketing automation capacity.
Strong understanding of demand generation and lead lifecycle management.
Experience working with APAC or global teams across multiple time zones.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
Agency or in-house background in B2B marketing operations is a plus.
