Job Details
1. Position Title: Marketing Associate/Specialist
2. Reports To: Marketing/Sales Supervisor/Resort Operations Manager
3. Duties and Responsibilities:
· Marketing Implementation: Works closely with Sales and Operations teams to execute marketing events, from designing marketing materials to updating project details online and distributing info kits.
· Digital Marketing: Updates company website with new project details and monthly construction updates. Ensures website is functioning properly and adds new projects. Approves and proofreads social media calendar and ads.
· Public Relations: Handles PR when needed and engages with media.
· Market Research: Assists with market research like focus groups and competitive analysis. Creates reports on online newspaper clips, competitor projects in digital space, and ensures competitor-scan decks are updated. Conducts in-person research and analyzes competitor data.
· Conceptualization: Researches markets, creates value propositions, facilitates focus groups, and conducts name and logo studies.
· Master Planning: Develops name studies, logos, sales kits, presentation materials, and marketing plans for the resort.
· Branding: Ensures all collateral follows brand and regulatory guidelines.
4. Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, and/or allied courses
· 1-2 years relevant experience
· Proficient in MS Office
· Excellent communication skills
· Knowledgeable of project management, events, research, branding
· Preferred skills: negotiation, social media analytics
