Job Description :
Purpose of the role:
Reconcile PO and open GRNI balances
Deep dive analysis to clear GRNI balances
Analysis will cover 60 days and above GRNI balances
Provide updates on a weekly basis
Proper documentation of evidence
Ensure timely closure of POs
Open GR
Connect with PO owners to validate the open GRs
Liaise with the vendors on relevant invoices for open GRs and vice versa
Reports generation
Extract and ensure details are accurate
Reconcile GRNI balances with parked and blocked invoices
Provide concrete solution to the relationship/ PO owners to resolve parked and blocked invoices
Ensure that parked invoices will still be processed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
University or College degree
At least 4 years working experience in a multinational corporate environment
With relevant work experience preferred
SAP background is a must
