This company allows their customers and clients to get informed about the latest travel trends from all over the world providing smooth arrangement from Airline tickets to Hotel reservations.
Requirements:
Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder of any field
BPO Experience is a plus but not required
Open for Fresh Graduates

Responsibilites:
Respond to customer's inquiries about bookings, travel promos and reservations thru email and chat.
Ensures that the customer's request are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Responsible for handling and managing reservation and cancellations of bookings.
Resolve and provide solutions for misplaced or denied bookings
