Can speak English well

Can make Email and answer calls in Chinese and English
Has Customer Service Background
Has experience working experience in BPO companies

DUTIES:
Assist Chinese Travellers or passenger regarding their inquiries
Answer calls regarding lost baggage and missing lugages
Answer calls for transfer of seat or booking confirmation
Reschedule flights and assist passengers in baggage counters check in
