Qualifications: 
• Experience in eCommerce is an Advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience and Fluent in speaking Mandarin
• Friendly & optimistic(Sunshine)
• Experience with Customer service
• Caller's personality is crazy preferred
• hungry for money ( KPI to motivate the caller) 
• Can start ASAP
• Night Shift, Holidays and weekend
 
Job Description:
• Contact prospective customers by both telephone, email, chat or social media.
• Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
• Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
• Vet lead list for warm and cold leads
• Identify prospects that fit the target demographic.
• Record outbound call hist01Y and customers response in detail.
• Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
• Send or email product literature. brochures, catalogs and other campaign material.
• Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
• Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.
• Report daily & weekly sales goals and objectives to the management team.
