JOB DESCRIPTION
Organizational Management data and employee lifecycle events maintenance according to corporate guidelines in SAP HR and local systems;
Preparation of contractual agreements and letters in accordance with established templates;
Data preparation for payroll runs and communication with payroll provider;
Addressing employee data related queries, updating employee data accordingly (bank details updates, personal data updates, etc.);
Providing various administrative services (e.g. corporate credit cards);
Performing necessary data quality controls;
Providing data and reports upon requests;
Identifying opportunities to standardize and improve the processes in the area of their responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin
Excellent communication skills in English and Bachelor's Degree in related courses
With 2 to 3 years experience as an HR or any related experience
With knowledge in SAP CRM is preferred ,and with good knowledge in organizational management, payroll needs and with cultural sensitivity
