JOB DETAILS:

Requirements:
Mandarin Speaker, can converse in English
Degree holder of any course, must be a 4-year course
Advantage: has HR Background or Shared services experience
Applicants with related CSR or BPO / HR background can negotiate the offer
Good Business Writing skills
Meticulous, good interpersonal and communication skills
Relevant Fresh graduates can be considered for an entry level position.
Responsibilities:
The incumbent is to source and select open requisitions within Asia and/or any other regions as required by the Head of Department and/or Managers and coordinate with recruitment agencies regarding job posting and making payments to activate accounts.
Assist in day to day full HR operation (payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, etc.)
Coordinates with related parties to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
Implementing and maintaining company policies, rules and regulations.
Engage employees in the company's initiative, leadership activities, service opportunities and social events that promote a healthy and engaged workforce.
Plan and organize events and activities for all employees.
Ensure all personal files are well maintained.
