JOB DETAILS:
Client Details: An IT and Service Support company providing customer care & support, technical support services, and back-end support to companies engaged in interactive online sports gaming activities. This is a licensed online gaming company.
DUTIES:
Responsible for existing account management and client communications and conflict resolution.
Discovering client's business needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
Verifying records and financial statements created by other employees.
Reviewing accounting records and financial data to check for accuracy.
Correcting or noting errors within accounting records.
Processing invoices and payments.
REQUIREMENTS:
Local Applicants: Bachelor's Degree Graduate
Expat: Open for Diploma Graduates
