Your Next Career Opportunity - Manager, Site Acquisition
Manage the site acquisition process for new antenna sites, including: Approval of suppliers for site acquisition services; Monitor the delivery and quality of the site documentation sent by site acquisition contractors and specialists and track permitting processes on a site-by-site basis; Interface regularly with the Permitting, Legal, and Construction departments to ensure proper diligence on and inspection of sites being developed; Manage human resources assigned to site acquisition; Participate in follow-up meetings internally and with MNOs and prepare progress and indicator presentations; Manage the execution of defined schedules and processes.
What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for the standardization and implementation of site acquisition process.
Manage and support site acquisition team.
Supervise the timely delivery of documentation and monitor both quality and accuracy.
Lead internal team coordination efforts as well as client follow-ups.
Ability to complete delegated tasks in a timely manner.
Ability to prioritize and adjust job responsibilities as directed.
Communicate with suppliers and internal and external clients.
Resolve issues with outside vendors that have not reached a resolution in a timely manner.
Review and communicate project results to the Country Manager and/or other supervisors.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ a talented and diverse group of high performing team members.
Provide oversight and direction to team members in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
Coach, mentor and develop team members, including overseeing new team member onboarding and providing career development planning and growth opportunities.
Empower team members to take ownership of their job and goals. Delegate responsibilities as needed and provide routine constructive feedback on performance.
Create a culture that is consistent with the organization's focus on team member engagement and that aligns with the organization's mission, vision and values.
Lead team members using a performance management and development focused approach to assist in goal setting, two-way feedback, and performance development planning.
Lead team members to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
What You'll Need - Qualifications & Requirements
Bilingual in English/Filipino required
Associate's Degree Bachelor's Degree preferred;
and 3-5 years experience on site acquisition and documentation activities. Experience in the Telecom industry, preferred
Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
Domestic Travel 20% of the time
Valid Government Issued Driver's License
