As a Lubeserv Service Advisor you will help out in ensuring the proper administration of operational activities, especially in the Lubes bay of handled LubeServ service workshop you will also be responsible for providing an outstanding service experience by making meaningful connections with new and returning customers
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Vehicle Preventive Maintenance Services including general troubleshooting
- Manage, direct service workflow in the Lubes Bays
- Ensures full compliance to Lubeserv Customer Handling Procedure in handled workshop
2. Product Sales
- Drive sales and profitability of handled Lubeserv site via recommended automotive services by communicating benefits and product features appropriately and upselling all applicable Lubeserv Express Lube service packages
3. Customer Management
- Take responsibility for guest interactions from the initial experience through completed service including checking in, scheduling appointment, accurately estimating time requirements, and checking out
- Informs customers of repairs needed with cost estimates and repair completion
- Manages customer complaints
- Monitors all on-going vehicle repairs and provides status to customers as needed
- Build customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through understanding their needs
- Communicate all advertising and promotion of products and services
- Contribute to promotional merchandising and special events
- Effectively communicate all warranties, promotions, and advertisements to customers
4. Service Performance & Management
- Prepare service orders with complete description of customer concerns
- Endorses service job orders to mechanics and assists with vehicle troubleshooting
- Utilize tools provided to make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing guidelines
- Maintain a clean and safe work and customer area
- Perform a variety of tasks as necessary in delivering customer experience w/ highest satisfaction , which may include performance of Lubeserv Technician duties & responsibilities, light and heavy lifting, including tires and wheels, etc.
- Hands over vehicle to customers once vehicle service is done5. Inventory Management
5. Monitors and manages inventory of LubeServ service center equipment6. Reporting and Records 6. Management
- Logs and keeps accurate documentation of oil change service requests provided to the customers
- Submits the following reports to the assigned Accountant
- Daily Sales Report (cash and inventory)
- Other reports as deemed necessary
- Maintains customer database
7. Cash Management
Ensures that all cash on hand and deposit details are properly declared and recorded daily8. People Management
- Supervises the performance and implements the shift schedules of LubeServ Technicians
- Perform LubsServ Technician evaluation, coaching and development monitoring
- Upskilling of LubeServ technicians
Qualifications:
Graduate of a four-year course relating to mechanical or automotive.
Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions
Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures and guidelines
Strong work ethic; independently motivated to produce results with limited influence from others
Hard worker, someone who works diligently to get tasks done and demonstrates personal characteristics, such as responsibility, dependability, conscientiousness, communication, and teamwork
An advocate of workplace safety
Basic Computer skills to prepare and submit daily sales reports and utilize a timekeeping system.
Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
Depending on location, Lubeserv sites may be open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays
Must be able to lift up to (50) pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations. Ability to understand and follow technical manuals and procedures
Duties are performed primarily in the service area. Work includes movement around vehicles, working in various physical positions, and the safe operation of power tools and test equipment. May be exposed to loud noise, vibration, exhaust fumes, and other service and repair conditions. Frequently interacts with customers, Lubeserv Management Team and other subunits of Seaoil
