Responsible for recognizing areas for improvement within Programs/LOBs
Identify and implement necessary changes to enable the business to perform to its optimum ability
Review new and existing processes, resources and systems, making and overseeing any changes to the process technology where necessary
Act as point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties
Drive, lead and manage major and complex change at pace to increase efficiency and improved outcomes for TP, ensuring involvement and engagement with key stakeholders
Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team of the Program and stakeholders to deliver the objectives of TP's vision of High Tech High Touch.
Implement technology solutions to provide better business intelligence to programs to enable them to improve operational performance
Implement technology solutions to help reduce redundant work, reduce repeat contacts, improve self-service, improve efficiency of programs
Conduct analytics on contact evaluations and highlight trends
At least 3 years of experience with program management, process excellence or quality management
Lean Six Sigma Certification or Training
BPO or relevant work industry experience
