Duties and Responsibilities:
-Meet with loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information for loan applications and verification.
-Complete loan contracts and inform clients on policies and regulations. -Submit loan applications using Lending Co web portal in a timely manner.
-Respond to applicants' questions and resolve any loan-related issues. -Work in compliance with company rules and regulations.
-Work with existing clients to strengthen relationships, encourage referrals, and enhance your reputation among others seeking loans
Qualifications:
A. Education and Work Experience
At least High School graduate. At least one year experience as loan agent or similar role is an advantage.
B. Skills Requirements Computer skills, including MS Office. Should be friendly, engaging, smart-looking and articulate. Physically fit and has the ability to travel. Can work with minimum supervision. Patient, polite and comfortable working with the public.
C. Attitude/Habit Requirements God-fearing and trustworthy Street-smart and independent Hardworking and dependable Well-organized and detail oriented
