Responsibilities:
Live Broadcast Execution: Operate and manage live broadcasting equipment, ensuring the successful transmission of games. Monitor and control camera feeds, audio levels, and other technical aspects during live broadcasts.
Technical Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and address technical issues that may arise during live broadcasts, collaborating with technical support teams when necessary. Conduct routine checks on equipment to proactively prevent technical glitches.
Collaboration with Live Dealers: Coordinate with dealers to ensure they are properly trained and understand technical aspects of the live broadcast. Facilitate communication between dealers and technical teams to address any concerns during gaming sessions.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on live broadcasts to ensure adherence to established standards for video quality, audio clarity, and overall production value. Implement measures to enhance the overall quality and professionalism of gaming streams.
Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Player Interaction and Engagement: Interact with players during gaming sessions, responding to inquiries and creating an engaging and positive player experience. Gather player feedback and report insights to contribute to the improvement of gaming services.
Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with game development, marketing, and customer support teams to coordinate event schedules and promotions. Provide input on technical requirements for new features or enhancements to the broadcast infrastructure.
