The Learning & Performance Administrators help us deal with basic maintenance requests and will help with a lot of the AI RealPlay bot testing and general development team administration work. This would be an ideal position for someone interested in learning to be a conversational designer as they will gradually learn more and more about AI Bots.
Responsibilities would be as follows:
Perform basic testing on bots for the conversational designers.
Test new feature functionality upon new product releases.
Manage SharePoint project resources for the team and the teams we support.
Help gather and organize all the requirements for a new project (call drivers, transcripts, QA guidelines)
Create support job aids for train the trainer sessions or work with instructional design team if they are producing content.
Create internal team job aids as required.
Request BOT tenant set-up from technology team for new clients.
Onboard new users to the platform.
Do basic maintenance updates to bots.
This position could be a pathway to a conversational design role as they learn more.
Act as first point of contact for bot issues and maintenance requests.
Walk users through basic trouble shooting.
Work with manager to identify conversational designer to handle more complex maintenance requests.
Special projects for the manager and team as required.
Skills:
Very organized and detail oriented.
System testing experience would be a very strong asset.
Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly and in a self-directed way.
Interest in learning about AI bots with the possibility of moving into a conversation design role in the future.
Strong skills in MS Word and PowerPoint. Basic skills in SharePoint and Excel.
Good English writing skills.
Training or instructional design experience is an asset but not required.
