JOB DESCRIPTION
Learning and OD Management
Develop and recommend plans and programs to improve the personnel service of the PRC.
Formulate, recommend and implement personnel policies, programs and procedures.
Exercise general supervision over the implementation and the evaluation of personnel programs such as job evaluation, merit rating, training and human resource development.
Coordinate with heads of other services and offices to ensure cooperation in the efficient implementation of personnel plans and programs.
Develop and administer a comprehensive and balanced personnel program designed to raise the level of efficiency, effectiveness and morale of personnel.
Review job description, job classification, job factors and scales, salary plans and completed works of subordinates to ensure that they conformed to objective, policies and laws
Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications/Minimum Education: Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources and other related Courses
Work Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years managerial experience in Learning and OD
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including coaching and training
