Job Description
Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and product quality. Monitor inventory, manage costs, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to design innovative and seasonal menus that cater to diverse guest preferences while maintaining the resort's culinary standards.
Enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring that all food and beverage experiences exceed expectations. Address guest feedback effectively and implement improvements where necessary.
Plan, coordinate, and execute banquets and special events. Work closely with the events team to develop tailored food and beverage packages that cater to various occasions and preferences.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the food and beverage department. Implement strategies to improve profitability and optimize operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the resort's food and beverage offerings through innovative campaigns, events, and social media engagement.
Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage facilities to ensure adherence to cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel or resort setting or managing a standalone restaurant.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and banquet services.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Budget management and financial acumen, with experience in cost control and profitability analysis.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
