FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily finance and accounting department operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements to provide insights into business performance.
Develop budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision making and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
Implement internal controls to protect company assets and enhance financial integrity.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and present financial reports with actionable recommendations to senior management.
Mentor and develop accounting staff while staying updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of accounting or finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Not Required but Nice to Have:
CPA or MBA is a plus
Experience in the manufacturing sector or with beverage companies
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance in the alcohol industry
Understanding of cost accounting and budgeting processes specific to manufacturing is a plus
