This Leadership Development Senior Associate will research, co-design and co-deliver the leadership development solutions across Asia while owning key relationships locally within the Philippines. The incumbent will partner with local HR colleagues and the businesses to create awareness, custom build the leadership development strategy, and implement solutions to help bring the LSEG leadership behaviours to life.
The senior associate will join the global Leadership & Career Development COE and will work on APAC-wide Leadership Development programs. While the Sr. Associate based in Manila will own the relationships and strategy for Leadership Dev in the country, they will also design and facilitate global leadership programs.
Role Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management: Build stakeholder relationships and actively manage and engage stakeholders across the Philiipines to understand business needs and ensure engagement with leadership development strategy
Design: ongoing development programmes and initiatives for leaders at LSEG that address business and embed the leadership behaviours
Deliver: deliver mixed format solutions to a high standard ensuring engagement and transfer of learning from programme attendees
Partner selection and management: Research, identify and recommend regional and local partners, managing the relationship to ensure delivery of high quality content based on business needs.
Measurement: create frameworks to measure the impact of development working with the People Analytics team and use output to refine development offerings.
Leadership Behaviours: Embed LSEG's Leadership Behaviours in all we do
Data: Leverage insights to inform focus of leadership development programmes
Experience and Qualifications Required
You are deeply passionate about maximizing potential and helping colleagues grow into aspirational roles.
With three or more years of experience in enabling leadership development agendas, you will have a solid appreciation of the challenges that come with a diverse population and are excited to navigate these challenges
You enjoy building relationships and are comfortable in a matrixed organization which requires both strategy development and front-line execution; you'll see the size of this organisation, the number of stakeholders, and the complexity of our products as a great opportunity to play a critical role in an increasingly successful international business
Experience in researching, designing, facilitation and delivery of training
Ability to relate to colleagues at various stages of their career and understand their challenges
