Our client is one of the fastest growing education organisations in Australia, and they are currently expanding globally. They are looking for a long-term dedicated Lead Generator to join their organization as an integral part of their team.
About the Role:
Our client based in Australia is a management and education consulting firm dedicated to having impact through research, innovation and development and is currently looking for a responsible lead generator for sourcing and managing quality leads and will be providing support to the Sales and Marketing Team.
Responsibilities:
Develop deep understanding of the target market
Prospect, generate, and process leads
Data scraping to find leads via LinkedIn, website research, etc
Research the contact information of key officials and potential customers
Qualify prospects and collect the information for the company to initiate engagement via email campaigns
Track all results and create a transparent reporting system for management
Upload and manage the pipeline of leads in Salesforce CRM
Continuously update and expand the database through other channels such as referrals, Google search, public lists/database
Conduct research based on information needed by the Sales and Marketing Team
Provide support to the Sales and Marketing Team
Qualifications:
3-5 years of proven experience in prospecting and lead generation in a B2B or B2C sales capacity
Data mining and researching skills
Abreast with the extraction of leads from other online sources such as social media and lead generation tools
Has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Proficient in managing databases using Salesforce CRM
Adept in creating effective email marketing campaigns
A proven track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding targets. Conscientious, hard-working, and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize as necessary.
