Responsibilities:
Conducts market research, data mining and leads generation
Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
Perform web scrapping and email scrapping activities
Maintains database and records of clients
Make cold/warm calls
Requirements
at least 2-3 years' experience in generating leads and cold calling
experience in appointment setting is required
experience in a real estate industry is a plus
excellent communication skills
handling international clients especially US/AU is a plus
polished and calm
willing to work onsite (Location: Mandaluyong)
