Our client is an Australian-based SAAS company at the forefront of technological innovation in the Property Development and Real Estate sector. They underpin the delivery of successful real estate developments, empowering customers to manage, sell and deliver property with our state-of-the-art property development sales CRM software and technology.
They are currently putting together a technical team in the Philippines and they are looking for an excellent communicator and savvy Technical Support Specialist who has a passion in solving problems and helping people, is confident to share ideas and is results-driven.

Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Adaptability and the ability to thrive in challenging situations.
· Exceptional written and oral communication skills to convey technical topics to various users.
· Highly organised with strong time management and prioritization skills.
· Commitment to ensuring clients have a positive experience.
· Strong attention to detail in administrative and client support tasks
· Active participation in evaluating, troubleshooting, and following up on customer issues.
· Collaboration with clients to prepare and manage data in Excel for import into Property Shell
· Monitor customer satisfaction during onboarding and implementing measures for improvement.
· Share customer feedback with product teams to influence development priorities.
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
· 1-3 years of experience in Customer & Technical Support
· Previous experience in a client-facing technical support role
· Strong technical background with troubleshooting expertise
· Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including experience in importing and managing client data
· Experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property development (desirable but not essential)
· Excellent English communication skills to effectively support foreign clients and collaborate with foreign counterparts.
Advantageous Skills/Experience:
· Familiarity with onboarding new customers and configuring SaaS/CRMs
· Basic understanding of CRMs, integrations, databases, and SaaS products
Benefits
· Full time work from home offshore contractor
employment from our client's Australian headquartered company
· 13th month pay guaranteed on top of monthly pay
· HMO allowance of Php5,000 (monthly) on top of monthly pay
· 20 days paid leaves per annum (10 VL & 10 SL) Pro-rated
· Observance of Australian Holidays or PH Holidays (depends on discussion)
