Requirements:
Korean National proficient in English
Degree Holder of any Course
Credit and Collections experience is an advantage
Preferably with Customer Service or BPO experience
With advanced knowledge in MS Excel
Responsibilities:
Manage payments from Korean clients who acquired logistics services
Handle Korean customers' inquiries regarding payment transactions
Manage the customer credit accordingly and control bad debt risk
Make a call to collect overdue receivables, customer payment updates and refund settlement
